S&L Juniors U18s Gold (DR) - Virginia Water U15s

Very pleased with the overall performance. Controlled the game from start to finish with very good possession in the midfield. Lots of chances created in the first half, keeper made some very good saves and we were very close from long range a number of times. Control at the back was excellent with comfortable possession from the keeper out to the full backs. Going forward we needed just a little more compsure on the final ball, also the width of the forwards needed more attention. We changed at half time to fully use the width and be more direct to get in behind them which resulted in the first goal. Things to work on - linking the forwards movement to the midfield in chance creation. When to run, how to run, when to play. Things we did well - conceded no shots on goal, very controlled. Very quiet performance vocally but the boys all knew their positions. Overall score 8/10
