How do I create members from the waiting list?

How does the waiting list work in the club?

- When new members apply for membership of a team in the club, the information appears in the Waiting List


- Team requests are made from the registration form on the club's website


- Coaches can handle requests on their own team


- Club administrators can handle requests on all teams in the club


- Waiting list can only be accessed if there is at least 1 on the waiting list


- Once the member has been created, the information disappears from the Waiting List and is now found in the Membership overview

There's no answer to this question related to the use of SportMember from the app.


Open Members and Waiting List

  1. Click on on the top left
  2. Click on MEMBERS
  3. Click on Waiting List on the left


In the waiting list you now have the details of the people who have applied for membership in your club.


  • TIP: The Date column marks when the person requested admission. Use this information to give the place to the person(s) who came first




You now have three options in the Actions column on the right of the waiting list:

  • Handles request:
    • Create = The profile is created on the team of your club and a login email is automatically sent to the member
    • Send request = The person receives an email requesting to join the team. Only when he/she clicks yes, the profile is created in the club
  • Edit:
    • Change personal information on the user's future profile
  • Delete:
    • Information is deleted and the profile does not become a member of the team
