Girls U13's - Kenilworth

Today we hosted local rivals Kenilworth Wardens.

After starting well, and playing some mice football, we were caught out by the pace of the Kenilworth no. 9. 

she scored 3 very similar goals in the space of 15 mins or so. 

A fourth goal came near the end of the first half, when a corner was bundled home. 

The second half started much brighter, and after making some defensive changes we began to get a hold of the game. 

Alyssia battlednher way into the box to slot home past the Kenilworth keeper.

We were the better team in the 2nd half, but couldn't  find the net again.  

Player of the match went to Sophie today for her all round performance,  and parents player went to Deanna for another solid display in defence. 

Still waiting for that illusive first win, its coming.........❤️🖤
