It was a fantastic battling effort from the boys in the first game of the season. The first half was a close contest. After falling behind to an early goal, stockton started to get into the groove and almost levelled through Ben, but he unfortunately hit the post. Shortly after that, the boys equalised with a corner being beautifully volleyed into the bottom corner by William.

The second half was also an even contest, with both teams trying to win the game. Bedworth managed to convert one of their chances, and whilst we pushed forward looking for an equaliser, they also scored a third goal.

Final score 3-1 but lots of positive to take forward into the rest of ths season
