U11 Blacks - Soccer Hub FC

I don’t think we dealt well in the first quarter with the problems Soccer Hub gave us. We didn’t really recognise where the space was to exploit (through their midfield and beyond their defensive line), and lacked a bit of intensity in our duels.

From then onwards however I thought we were fantastic and completely outplayed them. Even though we were quite direct at times I liked the fact we anticipated and landed on second balls, and I thought we showed so much bravery to carry/dribble in tight areas to break their press. We also dealt with their directness really well barring a couple of situations (where Oscar made some outstanding saves).

I think on another day we score five or six goals, but the thing that pleased me most was that despite being behind for almost 60/65 minutes, the boys showed no negative emotions, didn’t criticise each other, were positive with every action and kept going.
