Mambas 2-4 Weekly Rovers Collectivo

A very even first half saw Mambas take the lead with pressure on a cross ball forcing Weekly into an OG, Weekly in turn broke down the right and a good cross was finished well. HT 1-1 

A bad start to the second half saw us lose a long range cross/shot that caught in the wind and then great wing play and cross saw us go 1-3 behind with only 3 minutes played. Weekly extended there lead with a long range worldy to make it 1-4. 

Mambas replied with Nathan Szczakiel going through on goal and getting taken down for a pen, but we didn't convert. Soon after Nathan went through again this time scoring to get us back in late on 2-4. We then went 3 up top in the final minutes and put pressure on Weekly hitting the post but in the end we ran out of time. FT 2-4 

We can't argue with the result, Weekly had better passing quality on the day, but Mambas competed well and created some good chances to at least get the draw, however, the better team won on the day.
