U15 Calcio Talent and Select - All Elite Black

Not a scoreline that the players deserved on the whole but we can't complain too much considering the amount of mistakes we committed. 

In control and in the lead at half time it looked like we might end up comfortable winners. We discussed the fact that the opposition were playing direct and that we needed to manage those situations when they hit a long pass down the middle as it was their only real threat.

Frustratingly we did the opposite and defended those moments really poorly in the third quarter and conceded some really soft goals. We then lost composure and started lose confidence. 

We pulled ourselves together in the third quarter and had the better chances to score in the last 20.

Very disappointing to lose by 4 after such a good start but we have to learn from it and make sure we are more resilient going forward.

Some really positive individual displays and our pressing was great for 40 minutes.

We just need to put it all together now. Sooner the better.
