Man of the Match Vee

Parent's Man of the Match Arian

One of our best performances of the season today!Β  Just when we needed it to be as these are one of the form sides in the league.Β  We were in control for most of the game,Β 4-1 up with 5 mins to πŸ’ͺ got a bit nervy at the end, which I'll put down to our cardio, which is understandable with only having one sub.Β  We went back to our trusty holding midfielder roll which worked a treat today πŸ’ͺ, since I had my winge to parents about the lads not listening and taking things on board were telling them, I've seen the change from them, well done to all the lads now, as there defo more focused listening and in the right zone.

Parents man of the match was Arian πŸ‘ the penalty save was massive in this game, to be playing so well and to of gone behind at that stage would of been a nightmare, but we needn't of worried as Arian was up for the challenge with a great save, but it wasn't only that one he's always there when needed, even with a dodgy finger, it's a massive part for our defence knowing they've got a solid confident keeper behind them πŸ‘.Β

My man of the match was Vee, he could of been man of the match last week, he's in some great form at the moment, he's doing everything I want from a winger, dropping of finding the space, coming short to receive, getting behind with his pace and bringing goals and assists in to his game now too πŸ‘.Β

Couple of shout outs another great performance from one of our wing backs, Rohan today was great, not only another assist to his name but getting some crunching tackles in too which was needed against another moody Coventry side, but let's not forget his clearance of the line ,great reading of the game πŸ‘ .

Birthday boy Ciaran was in great form as usual, I've said many times his reading of the game is 2nd to none always there when needed, getting the big challenges in against a very physical side. But Lets not forget his solo wonder goal, he went from Ciaran van Dijk to Ciaran van Basten, one of my favourite goals of the season, not just because it was a great goal but because if anyone deserves a goal, its our captain marvel πŸ‘.Β

So top 4 is in our hands now and promotion is still possible, if we can keep this form going and hope Warwick racing slip up πŸ™βš½πŸ†.
