The match began with Isla Shenton’s fantastic opener in the 25th minute, giving Sherburn a 1-0 lead at halftime. Early in the second half, Isla struck again, and Poppy Glover made it 3-0 soon after. Isla completed her hat trick to seal a remarkable performance. Though Crofton managed a goal late in the game, their missed penalty ensured Sherburn’s dominance remained unchallenged.

The defensive line of Isla Airey, Molly, Lola, and Ivy stood firm against a physically strong attacking team.
