U14 JPL 24/25 - Hempstead Town Youth Reds

Two quality teams who had some great encounters last season opened up the season in scorching hot fashion.  Within 20 minutes the Gogs girls had established a 3 goal lead.  Hemel fought back well to get a foothold in the game and at half time 3-1 was a fair reflection of the first half.  Gogs used the ball well and let their passing game dictate the match. With two debutants, Hetty & Chrissy contributing well  to the team.  Ayse opened up the scoring and Angel was clinical in bagging a brace. Isla topped off a player of the match performance with a sweet left foot finish. Assists came from Chrissy (on debut) Darcie and Scarlett (2).

It was a strong team performance in extracting conditions, a great platform to launch an 18 league game season where 54 points are up for  grabs.
