BRILLANT TEAM PERFORMANCE!!!
Today was an excellent team performance from start to finish. As the boys worked incredibly hard attacking as a team but also very importantly defending as a team. Every single player today showed great character of bravery, desire and respect which was great to see. As there was some fantastic finishing and brilliant defending on display throughout.
It’s incredibly hard to pick out individual moments from the game, because there was so many. But my personal moment of the game was Alfie’s brilliant team goal to make it 4-0. This goal started from our Goalkeeper George playing out from the back, who played to Issac who received on his back foot drove forward played an amazing pass to Freddie down the line, who created space to beat his defender and played a great cross into Alfie who finished 1st time past the keeper.
Finally, please can everyone vote on the sports member app for MOT today. As I found it so difficult to give one today, as I told all the players I genuinely could have gave the Man of the match trophy to all of them today!
