MJPL U12s Youth - Arden Forest

Fantastic reaction to last weeks result by the boys. Did everything that me and Chris asked of them with and without the ball. 

Some great composure on the ball shown by all and that made the difference today. The ability to keep the ball and control the game was excellent and they looked levels above the opposition when they put the passing combinations together. 

Could have scored a few more and deserved to tbh. 

Rhys got bronze. Some brilliant pieces of skill on show. Determination to win the ball back was key today and he showed that in abundance. 

Joseph got silver. Some really good forward passes to help build our attack. Did it with both feet as well. 

Cian was player of the match. Scored easily what would be goal of the season. About 5 yards into opposition half, couldn’t have placed it more in the top corner. His desire to want to win the ball back is incredible and sets the tone for everyone. 

Hopefully they take this into next week and build on that confidence ⚽️⚽️
