Girls U10's - Coventrians U10 Girls & Arden Forest Wildcats
A mixed morning for the U10 girls in the cup hosted by Coventrians.
Our first match vs Coventrians was a deserved 1-0 win. We created many chances to score in the game with Sienna, Molly and Neve having shots that went close. It was Amelia that got us the breakthrough after tucking away her 2nd chance shot after the first, a powerful attempt saved by the keeper’s face but Amelia reacted quickly to slot home the rebound with the referee happy to award the goal.

After a 5 minute break along came the 2nd game vs Arden Forest Wildcats. This was tight end to end game but it was Arden who capitalised on a defensive mistake to open the scoring who then added a 2nd goal just few minutes later. Half time 2-0 down but still in the game at this point.
Despite some brilliant play from the girls we just couldn’t manage to find the back of the net and Arden added a third goal late in the game to seal the win.
FT 3-0
Our play is coming together nicely and we were unfortunate not to take something from the 2nd game.
