U13 Turquoise 24/25 - Bury rangers tigresses

Today we hosted bury tigers. We’ve played them a few times now so knew what to expect. They were very aggressive in the first 10/15 minutes and we weren’t really on our game. It was scrappy and we were abit disorganized. 

We made some changes and the girls come off the bench to change the game! Phoebe came on to score an 8 minute hat trick!! ⚽️⚽️⚽️ one from a great Alexia throw in and another from some great work from lexi on the wing and a great cross into the box. 

Half time 3-0

Second half we came out strong! Scoring almost straight away and that opened the flood gates. Alexia grabbed herself a hat trick⚽️⚽️⚽️ and so did Ellie ⚽️⚽️⚽️

And Mia bagged herself a brace ⚽️⚽️

full time 11-0 

todays game was a good all round performance. From the defense who were solid but sometimes playing a little too deep!which is something we will work on. 
 The midfield were very strong with pixie,ettie and Lilly belle winning tackles in the middle of the pitch and the girls were knocking the ball around nicely.
Both wingers were strong today lexi and Mia producing some wonderful crosses! and the strikers all of whom got themselves a hat trick each!! 🔥🔥🔥

We go again next week knowing we have a tough game against a very good side.
