Girls U10's - Coventry City Red

A defeat for U10 girls this morning away to Coventry City Red. With only 7 players available to play today we knew it was going to be hard going for the girls but it was a great determined performance and they really gave Coventry a game out there today.

Sienna bagged herself a couple of great goals and was energetic throughout. Molly and Neve gave it their all in midfield.

Harriet had a fine game in goal and was praised at the end by the Coventry coach and opposition parents for her performance. Coventry’s finishing and movement off the ball was slick but we kept them at bay for a fair amount of the game with some good defensive work by Rebecca, Scarlett and Amelia.

The result was against us but it was a very pleasing performance from the girls.

MPOTM - ⭐️ Amelia ⭐️ she was focused and switched on today. 

PPOTM - ⭐️ Rebecca ⭐️ Another dependable  game in defence.
