U15 Yellows vs York City

In simple terms, York were a different level and the score line reflects this. It was clear they've played together for some time as there was complete understanding across the park and the level of football they played, was high and we didn't really get to grips with them.

We had some success in the 2nd quarter as we pressed high, worked hard to win the ball on their build and won a penalty which unfortunately was missed. in our next attack, Oli scored a beauty from outside the box and got us back into the game. However, we couldn't sustain it and York upped the level again.

All in all, an experience for the lads and we can take the positives and build that into our next match.
