Wimbledon Wildkats - Squad Women's Premier
@Don: 'The setters are working hard and I am happy :-) to see that !
Was also great seeing Maria yesterday
Who as she said I was her first coach here in London and taught her understand setting which you had benefited from :)
Middles I have seen a marked improvement
But still some way to go
Please don't take my ways as personal I want improce you all that's my job
Outside, and opposites
Need to know how get out of trouble
Lot of it is vision thing, which I will explain on a one to one
As this was my position
Libero just need to speak more but we are working on that :)
I am definetly not looking for more players than the ones that has registered but to imporve what I have
If you have a question to me ask must of have on one to one, I will answer I don't like when people make their own decisions on what I think with out asking :) ask and say as that is more healthy! :)'
@Eva: ' Thank you coach !
Well done everyone yesterday.
I enjoyed myself although run out of fire at the end!
Need to work on my stamina to be able to play 5 sets!
Just wanted to clarify my comment about the players yesterday. I didn't necessairly mean we need more players we have a great squad I just personally find it slighlty intimidating when the opposition shows up for 12+ players and we have significantly smaller group.
That's something I need to work on in my head I guess but overall as a squad I think we're great and hopefully we'll only play better and better from now on.'
@Carly: 'Well I'm sorry guys, I registered now so you stuck with me joining ;-)'
@Marjana: 'and to come at least 20 min before the match (if possible due to travel and work). It was a good game, we stepped up as a team and as Don said we are on a good way to be competetive in Premier League. We had tough opposition first 3 games, but we don't know the other teams.'
