Gothia 2024 (Players Accepted for the 2007 Squad) - Enskede IK

After a long Sunday with a disappointed Euro Finals for several people, and with our match being played at 9 am under torrential rain, it didn´t help the quality of our players.

Even though the pitch wasn´t muddy, it was full of puddles, so we weren´t able to play the football that I know we can play.

Some individual mistakes with and without the ball, put down our hopes of trying to finish first in the group, with a heavy and tough defeat.

I felt that the opposition simply read the constraints of the game (weather, our style of play) better than us. Even though, in normal circunstances, I think we have better players, and team to defeat them. It wasn´t the case, this time.
