CF U13 NL 2024/2025 (Corams Fields League) - City of London

In the first half EFA put on a dominant display controlling the possession of the ball and exploiting the wide areas with quick forward thinking passes from the back three of Leon, JT and Ardian allowing Obi and Edmund to attack the oppositions full back 1v1 which resulted in Obi picking up 2 goals.

In the second half it was more of the same from EFA with Leo and Aiden winning their midfield battles and controlling the game. Big saves from Kevin kept the game at 2-0 until substitute Tommaso was played through on goal by Leo and calmly scored his first goal of the game to make it 3-0 to EFA. A late goal from outside of the box by City of London was a scare for EFA but with a formation change to a 1-4-2-2 made it difficult for City of London to build on their momentum and was finally finished by a scramble in the box falling to Tommaso who grabbed his second of the game to make the final score 4-1 to EFA.

A great overall performance from EFA with every player giving their all for the whole match.

Improvement- In possession we need to look to stay calmer on the ball especially in the defensive third and be more confident and take more shots in the final third.
