We faced a direct rival, with certain players out of this game for different reasons. We started the match playing 6v7, with an injured CB as goalkeeper. Very soon, I understood that this wouldn't be an easy match. When our seventh player arrived, the game no longer was only in one direction, and in something our players are very strong (when they want) is to play in fast transitions, and we scored the first. Straight after the goal, we were forced to play 6v7 pretty much the rest of the first half. The team hold the opposition the best way possible, and with the lucky star, as they sent 3 or 4 shots in our posts, plus some good saves from our adapted keeper.
Second half, back with 7 players, we shown more experience and dominated the game for the first 10 minutes or so. scoring 2 goals. With 3-0, it was hard to believe, that a team like ours would allow the opposition to come back. Unfortunately, that happened. Our players instead keeping our DNA, decided to play a football that we don't identify with, playing long all the time which led to constantly offer the ball to the opposition. A team that fights to WIN the League cannot shake when the opposition put a bit more of pressure. Overall, we didn't understand the moments of the game, and in the end we were lucky to get one point out of this game. There is only one way now, is to go back to track and win the next match.
