Spire Hospital Discount Scheme

Spire Elland Hospital & Dewsbury Clinic are pleased to offer HAFC players & coaches a 10% discount on any self-pay Physiotherapy treatment and also on any Spire Healthcare hospital fees for surgery.

1. For enquiries for surgery please call the Self-pay team at Spire Elland Hospital on 01422 324069.

2. For Physiotherapy appointments please call the Physiotherapy Department on 01422 324080.

When calling, please provide your FAN ID number.

Please note that this Discount does not include a discount on the fee for new or follow-up consultations with Consultants nor does it cover Consultant's fees.

To qualify, all HAFC Membership Subscriptions and any other outstanding fees or fines due must be paid up-to-date.
