LUDUM SESSION TRACKING 🔬
Dear Athletes,
I hope that by now most of you have received invitations to join Ludum. Moving forward, the Federation will utilise Ludum as the central platform for publishing all training programmes, covering both land and water sessions.
As training groups are finalised, you will notice an increasing number of training sessions available in your programme. These will include water sessions, ergo sessions, and weight training. By leveraging Ludum’s full capabilities, the coaching team will be able to build a more comprehensive profile for each athlete. This will enable us to track session attendance, monitor performance improvements on land, and evaluate your progress on the water.
Additionally, your training plan will include information about crew combinations for each session. It is crucial that you sign up for the correct sessions in advance and avoid last-minute cancellations. This ensures smooth operations and accountability. Please note that detailed records will be kept for each session, including boat allocations and seat assignments. Any damage to equipment will be traceable to the responsible individual.
To maximise the benefits of Ludum and the coaching team’s guidance, we strongly recommend investing in a good quality Polar or Garmin sports watch with a chest-mounted heart rate strap. Please avoid using Whoop devices, as their data integration process is more cumbersome and typically less accurate once transferred.
