Cyclocross Coaching is Back !
Our CX coached sessions are fun!
Club Cyclocross Coaching sessions start Tuesday 13th August at 6pm.
They will continue every Tuesday up to the start of our 1st race in our winter CX series starting in October.
Same format as before with skills based work to start with. At the end of each session we finish with a mini race of a section, on what we've been working on.
I promise It doesn't get competitive
